Executive Leadership attempts to create positive culture but does not lead by example. They feel they are above the employees....Goals set are unrealistic for employees to attain.
Support from management
Management is caught up with themselves. They care about themselves and don't care how you get the job done as long as you make the sale.
Employees do not work together, they work towards their own personal goals.
Freedom to work independently
Management allows employees to work independently. They pretty much let them do what they want.
Most of the time you hear about internal communications through co-workers. Sensitive items should come down from upper management, not through co-workers.
Felt everyone was treated the same as it relates to gender
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older employees were considered uncreative and too expensive. Company preferred younger employees - as they felt they offered newer ideas.
No career development. It was mostly "who" you knew not "what" you knew. Organization was very clicky and favoritism was very obvious as far as moving up the ladder.

Office decor was pleasant and clean

Management does provide time off for employees to handle personal matters.
Image was very important to the company
There was no job security. Seemed like older workers were often let go.
They provided handicapped ramp.
Place seemed safe enough.
Work was so challenging that goals that were established was unrealistic. Depending on what department you worked and who you knew -- you would be given new exciting opportunities.
Inclusive / Diverse
There isn't much diversity in this company.
Suggestions for improvement
- Improvement would be: Management should be more fair minded; individuals should be evaluated fairly on what they accomplished and not by favoritism. Communications should be more open.
What I like about the company
Pay was good and they had a good time off policy.
What I dislike about the company
Too much favoritism and unrealistic goals.
