Company has no culture other than turnover. CEO joined and left within 6 months.
Support from Management
Credentialing turnover makes this impossible.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop quitting and fix the problems you created.
- Bad management should be fired without question and not entrenched to continue to bring performance down.
What I like about the company
My 6 months at Prospect did not have a single constant that gave me joy. Negotiated hours to work only to have them changed.
