- The account managers need to grasp hold of the idea that the company is only as good as the emplyee's. If guards are payed well, they will work more effectively an stop bidding low for contracts. If every company placed higher bids, guards would get payed more an wanna come to work.
I like about the employer
I was hired in 2005. I didn't like nothing about them at all. They didn't take care of senior guards. The only time I ever got a call about a higher paying position was after they lost a contract where I was employed. Almost 2 - 3 months later someone gets fired at a site within my means to travel to. Then I'll get a call when the S/O who was previously hired for that site can no longer work there. An every time it was S/O who was hired after me. Then after I became an armed guard I was employed for about a few months on a few FEMA contracts. Till the head of dispatch brought in some Correction Officer buddy's take up all the hours.
