Suggestions for improvement
- Maybe hiring managers who aren't heartless, thoughtless robots
No support whatsoever
Very poor communication
Male staff are discriminated against.
No respect at all.
You can be advanced and offered higher position if management likes you.
Great pay and benefits.
Very charged. Unfriendly.
The supervisor and director don't commend nurses. There is no fairness or trust.
Leadership in Home Health is very poor. There is no support.
Nurses care about their patients but don't care much about working together.
Nurses don't have any say about their workload. Work is not distributed fairly.
All the employees are in the dark and do not receive necessary information for their work
