Suggestions for improvement
- Communications between upper management and lower level employees. More incentives,more appreciation,more love for the job,less focused on the deep pockets dollar signs.
When goals are met, management and corporate show verbal appreciation. My coworkers and direct manager have great relationships and are able to work together.
When goals are not met, management and corporate are very concerned and involved with determining why. This same concern is not shown when employees try to voice issues and resolutions or resources needed in order to meet goals in the first place. Management and corporate are more reactive than proactive.
