Support from Management
Upper management is not supportive of the frontline workers and ties the hands of the site supervisors to be able to truly support workers. Work is always expected to be number 1 and everything else is expected to be second. Employees are not included in the decision making process at all. The employees are told what is expected and face retaliation if they voice a differing opinion. Decisions are also not clearly communicated to all sites and/or employees.
Level of Autonomy
There is the illusion of autonomy, but really the expectation is to see as many clients as possible and to donate time to complete the anything that is not considered productivity time such as documentation.
