Support from Management
There is no management, there is just chaos. The managers don't manage people. They do the work instead of managing and training the people who are supposed to be doing the work.
Suggestions for improvement
- Do evaluations, on time, fairly, accurately, and increase compensation accordingly.
Update the primary software products from the current 1976 app.
Open up the schedule to allow flex time or at least a less rigid format.
Acknowledge long-term employees with something . Do something nice to reward their loyalty and make examples of them.
