Support from management
With the latest departure of several people coming two years late I am hoping the top brass of this organization understands the issues. Leadership in key positions we not qualified in their positions but we're hired due to friendships. Poor management support, failure to be sensitive to the needs of staff and creating rules that hinder the work instead of enhancing it. There is potential to do great work, hoping they are headed in the right direction now.
