Suggestions for improvement
- Do more research in who is qualified to actually lead and who have credentials to manage rather than promoting inexperienced young adults to manage a staff that has twice their knowledge and experience.
What I like about the company
PSAV has a terrible company culture and starts with horrific and inexperienced managers and directors. The techs shine and that's about it.
What I dislike about the company
The whole culture of how they treat their techs who pull off their shows which keeps this company in business cause if it was for management this company will end like Swank.
