Support from management
Open door policy isn't as it seems. Very unprofessional supervisors back then. Even the manager over the entire call center was questionable.
Suggestions for improvement
- Train managers and supervisors on conflict management. Diversity training would be great. Flexible schedules would be a good idea as well.
