- incentives for employees to want to stay longer due to lack of career mobility, can cash out more PTO balance
The company has friendly working environment. There are many great people that I have a close working relationship. People are friendly, laid back and professionals.
being non-profit, there are few opportunities for advancement and the pay is not comparable to for profit company and sometime job security is affected by changes in the administration in DC as company is influenced by policies from DOH.
No trust in supervisor's
Supervisor's are incompetent
They overload, you with work and expect you to work miracles.
it one way, there way or the highway
they push you out if they feel your usefulness is no longer usefull
the growth is not offered you must look for it, and when it is found no real support. If they feel it will interfere with your quota, they make it very difficult and accommodations are unrealistic.
