Overall, merit is recognized more than not.
Management expresses expectations clearly but does not provide guidance or sufficient training on how to reach objectives. Example: objective is "make yourself a leader in each project team you are assigned", but no direction provided in how to integrate the project team which generally are not clear on your role.
Teamwork among staff; including inter-disciplinary, is good.
