I have not found fairness and trust to be part of the company culture.

We go through the exercise with our supervises that we will be involved but year after year we rate poorly in JD Powers great places to work survey and the culture remains the same.

Attitude towards older colleagues
In fact just the opposite the company has made reorganization changes that have eliminated most of the company knowledge by either having employees reapply for their current positions and then hiring outside the company or just laying off employees.
