Suggestions for improvement
- Develop REASONABLE workload standards for Field employees. Increase salary compensation.
What I like about the company
Pulte used to be considered a great place to work with great people. The days of then are gone, the company is now a revolving door only concerned with current stock strength. The word "Quality" was even intentionally removed from the company mission statement.
What I dislike about the company
Executives out of touch with reality. Strong sense across the employee base that executives chase very lucrative bonuses while field workers are pushed beyond REAL attainable goals. Field continually set up to fail.
