The leaders are more concerned about themselves and getting the job done as quickly as possible and maximising profits for themselves.
The employees are constantly working against each other and there are many that get preferential treatment based on management's opinion of them.
Level of Autonomy
There is no atounomy outside of the owner and the 3 managers, but most of the authority lies with the plant manager.
