I like about the employer
They offered a lot of potential growth and incentives. Couldn't ask for better coworkers!
I dislike about the employer
They do not follow through on promises. When given clear directives and you performed them exactly as told, it will always be wrong even if you do it perfectly as instructed. Micromanaged. Set up to fail. Poor public image. Do not treat employees with any respect or basic human dignity.
