Suggestions for improvement
- PureRed is always understaffed and the employees are underpaid. Management needs to learn how to treat its employees. Hard work, loyalty and dependability are neither rewarded nor appreciated.
I like about the employer
They are better about paying employees for not working than they are at paying employees for working. We get two weeks vacation, three weeks after four years, plus six personal days and one floating holiday. I had jury duty for three days and they paid me for all three and din't make me use personal or vacation days.
