Suggestions for improvement
- Pay more than lip service to diversity. Offer incentives to more than just upper management ranks. Focus more on the quality of the work that gets done instead of face time at the office. Offer more telecommuting and job sharing options.
What I like about the company
The team I was on could be fun and supportive most of the time. We felt we worked at a high level and we wanted to perform our work to the best of our abilities. I was often proud of our successes.
What I dislike about the company
Management feels entitled and doesn't understand how hard the average employee works. Repeated rounds of downsizing have led to morale problems. The company keeps asking for more and more work out of fewer and fewer people and then management can't understand why mistakes get made. Women and minorities are essentially nonexistent in ranks of management.
