The hours are very long during the peak seasons, but the flexibility is great.

  • The ability to rate upper management and give anonymous feedback would be nice.

What I like about the company

This company is great for younger people. The student loan assistance is a really great perk. I frequently work from home or rearrange my schedule so that I take Fridays off during the slower months.

What I dislike about the company

The turnover can be fairly high and as a result, we often get overly stressed because there just aren’t enough hands to do the work that the company has promised clients.
