What I like about the company

It has allowed me to grow professionally and personally. The people here are very smart and you can learn a lot from them. It has also allowed me to travel all across the US which was refreshing to see. There are always things going on with our clients so there is never a dull moment.

What I dislike about the company

I think the Cknpany could work on listening to their employees a little better. There are some clients who have significant turnover every year and it seems the company has never asked “why” or “what can we do to prevent this from happening every year”. There are times it seems they value keeping the client than their own staff.
