Try to use the European business practices doesn't work in U.S. Employer is just out of touch with business practices in U.S. and do not really care to understand.

Suggestions for improvement
- QBE is not an U.S. company and do not understand that geographical location of acquired company impacts how business should be operated. Sometimes using the European model doesn't work in U.S., but they assume to save costs with the expense of sending jobs overseas...this is a loophole for foreign companies. I would recommend to study the business practices and if it works keep it. Stop sending jobs overseas.
