Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the entire leadership team and start from scratch. They have good low level talent (mostly entry level since the pay was so horrible), but leadership isn't capable of moving the company in the right direction.
- Move into the 21st century and become the forward thinking company needed to succeed.
I like about the employer
Looking back at my time there I honestly cannot think of a single thing I liked. There were a couple of really good people but they were looking for another job when I got there and I'd be shocked if they were still there.
