Suggestions for improvement
- 1: Improve the telephone system. 2: Managers could spend a little more time with their staff.
What I like about the company
Fair treatment, assignments were reasonable in complexity and deadlines, staff got along well with each other.
What I dislike about the company
Phone system. My team rotated, taking minutes at a weekly meeting of the software engineers, corporate and client management. We had to do this by phone, but the phone system was so primitive that we could only hear one voice at a time, even though several people were always talking at once... and worse yet, the microphone switched from one talker to another at random intervals, so it was impossible to actually take minutes.
