- nothing to improve. no improvement needed
squeeze the employees until there is no more and backstab if you want to make it up the ladder
since managers are put into positions due to their time spent with the company and not because of their qualification, there is not a lot of leadership altogether

long-serving may be appreciated, but new hires never seem to be beyond ~30.
