There is no commendation or recognization for employees who are working hard or maintain good attendance.
Support from Management
Most supervisors are immature, completely untrained as leaders, and friends of the owner. Responsibilities are not equally distributed.
Level of Autonomy
Responsibilities are not equal for all employees. Some are doing the jobs of 2-4 people.
Employees are only informed of company business if it is absolutely necessary. Even company holidays weren't communicated until the day before.
