Suggestions for improvement
- Change how employees are treated
No fairness. No trust. No leadership. You only get talked to if she thinks there are mistakes. No building up. Just tearing down.
I cannot say much about supervisors, since there wasn't a long standing one very long. But the boss did not handle conflict well at all. She had to be leader of the castle but did not know how to rule. If someone had a problem or suggestion she did not want to hear it. There was never any training, and other than being a great chiropractor, she didn't understand much else.
