Support from management
Manager has told me on multiple occasions he has no idea what I do, but people tell him they really love my work, and that's all he needs (wants) to know
There is great career development if you are in Sales, or the engineering team, but aside from that there really is no reliable job trajectory
Overall compensation for your work
Qualtrics is notorious for paying below industry standards on the hopes of a big IPO payoff
Office / Work Environment
Constant judgmental environment worrying about what others are doing. Despite having lots of ammenities and "fun startup feel" I have still yet to use any, and sole point of feedback "you talk too much, really should just put your earphones in and stay in your seat more"
Was told by Manager if you don't work atleast 50-60 hours week, you can't expect to be promoted
What I like about the company
There were lots of good challenging opportunities, great resume builder, that have helped enable me to have great opportunities elsewhere.
What I dislike about the company
Granted this is coming from one department (Sales Ops), but there is no vision for the team, no real trajectory/career development, no backing from a manager. Qualtrics has a LOT of potential and is growing rapidly, and is a GREAT career choice if you are in Sales or Engineering. Aside from that, this is not a good viable place to develop your career (as of now).
