Support from Management
Very poor leadership. Micro management and division between employees.
No room to grow. Employees stay in positions well beyond retirement age and monopolize ability for others promotion.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fair treatment of employees across the board and pay increase rate needs to be raised.

Benefits and skills development are a plus.

Supervisors handling of employees and underpaid.
