Thrown into situa to ion with no training and no breaks. Over 12 hour workdays in heat with no breaks.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire more employees. Give breaks. Have teams to cover set-up and teams to work boats.
What I like about the company
Enjoyed working with public.
What I dislike about the company
No breaks, long hours, very hot, pushed to maximum to get too much done in short period. Need more employees and better management. Negative environment.
