- upper management, please try to make communication effectively and efficient. Talk with people and learn more about their needs and expectations.
Liked the original manager.
They hired the cheapest people they could for all positions except leadership. Employees did not have to have any experience in aerospace--which was 90% of the business.
If you were in a leadership role it was very challenging. Most of your subordinates were inexperienced and the work had to be reviewed throughly if you wanted to feel confident that it was done properly.
