- upper management, please try to make communication effectively and efficient. Talk with people and learn more about their needs and expectations.
Liked the original manager.
They hired the cheapest people they could for all positions except leadership. Employees did not have to have any experience in aerospace--which was 90% of the business.
If you were in a leadership role it was very challenging. Most of your subordinates were inexperienced and the work had to be reviewed throughly if you wanted to feel confident that it was done properly.
Nothing, training consists of being able to Google. Severe lack of communication, access to necessary systems and software, Indian Owned therefore not running under American standards. Sick time Doesn't exist for people under pay band 2.
Feel pressure to work work work for next to nothing
QuEST is possibly the best learning environment for clowns and other circus related jobs on the east coast. It is impossible to work there for two years and not emerge with a full skillset for working under a Big Top.
Poor benefits, poor pay, embrace of death-march projects, technically ignorant management, actively harmful management, cubicle farm, and a myopic culture which fosters a sense of despair among employees.
