Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management is attempting to take more ownership of the company culture which is nice to see, but they rule by intimidation and hide behind corporate jargon instead of connecting with their employees in a manner that makes them feel valued and that their career is important to them. The environment is constantly changing too, so over time, an employee may not think they are doing the job they signed up for in the beginning.
I like about the employer
Some really kind, good-hearted people that work there.
