Typically company moral is low. No comendation for a job well done but plenty of reprimand and blame when mistakes are made.
Support from Management
No real communication with leadership unless something goes wrong. Leadership sets unrealistic goals due to procrastination then frantically sets unrealistic deadlines for employees to compensate.
Level of Autonomy
You are told what is expected of you. You receive no training to do it and left alone to fail or suceed. Sink or swim training.
