Support from Management
When calling for support of abusive clients, management did very little and at times did not acknowledge the plea for assistance
Suggestions for improvement
- Higher pay rates and better training in dealing with abusive clients.
I like about the employer
Lack of specialized training for employees in dealing with severely abusive clients. Management did not support their employees.

Lack of support and specialized training.
