The job is not hard. The customers are rude and obnoxious. The pay is not worth it. Need more for what you endure daily.

The discounts are fair. Most managers are good.

The micromanaging. We are adults and supposedly in charge of self.

They allow the customer to speak in any kind of way and reps just have to take it
