Upper management is clueless in some aspects, they obviously care about bottom line, but that seems to be all they care about.
There is zero room for growth. Once you're hired don't expect raises.
Overall Compensation for your work
Negotiate as high a salary as you can. You won't recieve a raise after the fact.
