You will not receive frequent attaboys here. The company picnic was scheduled during Ramadan. It is not uncommon to have no formal annual review. Raises for regular staff are announced as an across-the-board percentage which all employees receive the same amount. The amount has been consistently low. Employees with goal related bonuses receive bonuses only if the company meets financial goals which have not been met.
Support from Management
there is little communication from management down to the employee level. There were enough complaints about this they created an IT website to communicate, but still failed to provide meaningful information about direction, projects, goals and key activities.
