Where there is no vision. . .
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't just talk the talk. Walk the walk. Systems designed for community banks strain to deal with the bank this has grown to become. Changed are apparently not carefully thought through before they are implemented.
What I like about the company
There are very talented people when work hard to do the right thing.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management seems disconnected from what is happening in the trenches. This has manifested itself again and again, and under different executive teams.
