Leadership had no direction. They made it clear what they wanted, but could never keep a DM/RD in place long enough.
As store manager, we relied on each other to learn what we needed to get things done.
Suggestions for improvement
- Keep all employee's with steady work hours, hire more staff for each store, and give hire pay rates.
I like about the employer
Being in a host store made our day go by fast. It was never the same thing day in and day out.
