Company culture

They talk about culture often but leadership often abandons this direction and quickly beats people down to get results.

Support from Management

The only support is you get is continuously documenation, threat of termination, and talked down to.

Store managers work as a team.

Communication within the company is awful. Worst I've seen at any company. Desperately needs improvement!

Support from Management

Higher management never concerns themselves with your problems. They only care if you make more money than the previous week. They are never available or helpful even with the smallest of problems.

Office/Work Environment

Horrible, they can not pay a livable wage. They tell you you can make more and the sky's the limit but you have to fight for hours and god forbid if you hit 37 hours.
