Suggestions for improvement
- There is definitely a culture of favoritism shown to certain employees, recognition for work is not adequately acknowledge, and significant decisions are made without considering all stakeholders. It seems that people do not have the ability to share feedback without negative response.
What I like about the company
Health insurance is through the state and it is very good. I have also had the opportunity to work with new technology in a positive way.
