Horrible communication that starts at the top and goes down. Terrible examples from management. Micromanagement and lack of training.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hold yourselves, (upper management), accountable and quit deflecting it onto the lower personnel. Run the company, or a side project or even run for political office, all three obviously can't be done. The more you micromanage people, the less control you have over them. They talk alot about leadership, (the have 3-4 hour leadership meetings), for an office of about 15 people and 4-6 of them are considered management, which means leader by your own definition. But I wouldn't follow them out of a burning building.
