Support from Management
As a store manager there was obviously a lot of target goals every month, not one was ever a realistic target. Out of the 5+ district managers I had in one year, one was involved in making sure goal, new programs, etc were understood. There was never any support from the corporate staff so the district manager was the go to. There was 2 or 3 times when there actually wasn't a district manager at all, in which my direct supervisor was a regional manger who was overseeing around 200 stores. Not the greatest support system.
I like about the employer
Since the company has a large lack of organization, as a store manager you're pushed to the wayside, unless you're a focal point store, because of this you have freedom to use your creativity to to try and reach those crazy goals they throw your way.
