Suggestions for improvement
- management needs to be Radnet held accountable to expectations of those they manage and show up to support their facilties, texts and evening emails do not make a good leader.
What I like about the company
HR department and IT seem to be on the ball, techs are good at what they do.
What I dislike about the company
Management, do not communicate , have no idea as to what is goin on in the center locations, first to point blame at staff and not look at themselves. Hire decision makers that have no experience in the industry of territory culture.
