Generally not terrible, but most benefits were axed in 2008.
Support from Management
Comments behind employees backs. Lots of infighting.
Work your shifts, then work overtime without pay because the park refuses to hire more.
Level of Autonomy
Leads do all the work while supervisors sit in AC offices chatting.
Generally poor. Management fought with each other often to the point the GM fired an entire department.
