Support from management
Leadership is not good at all.
Attitude towards older colleagues
RAIN does not appreciate or support Administration whats so ever. There's no collaboration and good commication between Upper Management/Upper Directors at all. Executive does not communicate with department heads/Management and their workers. Instead only listen and believes "the he said she said game," instead of going directly to each department and find out what's really going on. Only certain employees have access to the parking lot. (Other side of RAIN) Which is unfair. Some mangers are really bad with their employees. I've witnessed racism, prejudice against people, and favoritism. Organization is unorganized and not very nice with their administration workers.
Suggestions for improvement
- CEO need to talk with each department to find out what's really going on, instead of listening to to other people that has no idea of what really goes on in each department. CEO needs to listen of what's going on. I do not suggest working here. It's so unhealthy.
What I like about the company
Sick days, four weeks vacation. They also have one of the best people to with with in administration. Employees are like family.
What I dislike about the company
No access to parking lot with employees. Stressful environment. Managers who are prejudice against certain kinds of people, especially Hispanics. Very little pay for all the effort, hard. Constantly changing procedures without consulting with HR.
