Suggestions for improvement
- Vacation advances should not be limited to employees who have been at the company less than a year, things come up we don’t plan on. Vacation rollover should be allowed up to a certain number of weeks since they do not offer paid maternity leave. Rules should apply to everyone fairly doesn’t matter if they are family or not.
What I like about the company
They have employee appreciation week and other fun scheduled events. There are some amazing people to work with and learn from. I have had many career advancements.
What I dislike about the company
Some promotions are given too quickly before employees are ready. All positions should be posted and not just handed out. Internal promotions should be based on proven work habits not just the 30 minutes in an interview. Supervisors should be kept in the loop and have more support. Merit increases are cancelled out by insurance increases if they truly want to give pay increases for a job well done this needs to be addressed.
