The company cares nothing about there employees, especially management. Do not obey labor laws. The District and area managers have poor management skills.
Suggestions for improvement
- The president needs to observe more than the numbers on the computer and get involved with store management. They are the back bone of the company along with the store associates.

Upper level management wants managers to break or not follow rules in the handbook.
