Upper Management respectful and has focus groups to gather employee input but may tend to act in input from employees unfortunately time is not provided to truly act and implement findings
After initial exempt level position, there is no plan or skill from senior management to assist in further developing employees.
Overall Compensation for your work
Pay is equitable however benefits increased greatly a couple of years ago and deductibles are very large while other companies in the area did not see such large increases.
