- Start recycling. Finish construction in the building
It is an Indian-based company ran with the same cultural idiosincracies.
Project priorities were set based on personal relationships, not on company needs. More often than not, projects were put on hold to cater to senior management's individual needs.
Autonomy was considered to be taboo. If one showed any indication of taking a decision on anything, there would be a meeting shortly thereafter to address it.
